is this quickbooks ? what version?

you should be able to revert to the original form but i need to know what version to give you exact instructions.

you might just have the wrong invoice form there should be a dropdown box on the top right but again i can give you better instructions if i knew exactly what version you are using

i can also log in remotely and talk with you on the phone to fix it if you want to pay a little bit more
