Customer Question

I filed 2014 taxes for a Daniel and Karen Callihan April 14, 2015. We thought everything had been processed at that time. Now I find out that both Federal and state forms were never E-Filed. The state has already received their $58.00 due. I have tried to update the E-Filing but have not been able to complete the E-Filing process. I need some help.

If you are not able to e-file - the best option would be to print and mail the tax return. As long as all tax due were timely paid - there woudl not be any penalty for filing late.Let me know if you are willing to proceed with paper returns.
