are you talking about the quicken online backup ?
yes, quicken on line backup
the most likely cause for that is the credit card that you used for the account expired.
You have to log in to the online backup account at this link https://www.backup.com/User/login2.aspx?vendorid=intqkn
and go to manage account and make sure the account is in good standing and give it a new credit card number if necessary
