Open Quicken from desk top icon. Quicken opens the my money window. What do I do to have it open to my register page?
Welcome and thanks for your question.
To open to a specific area of Quicken at start up, this can be done by changing areas in Preferences.
Select Edit on the top Quicken menu bar, then select Preferences and then Startup. Select the particular area you want to open at Quicken start up in "Startup Location", "On startup open to:" in the right pane. Click on OK when finished.
Unfortunately, Quicken will not open now to a particular register page. However, you can show an Account Bar that lists the names of your accounts. If you would like to display a list of your accounts and be able to click on an account name and access the accounts register, then add the Account Bar to your screen. This can be done in the same area as above but instead of selecting Startup in the Preferences area, select Navigation and then click on Show Account Bar under Account Bar in the right pane. The bar can be shown on either the left or the right of the screen and the bar will show when Quicken opens.
