I am unable to get this TurboTax Federal and State Returns (Home & Business - Personal & Business) to load on my computer permanently so I can use for several tax returns I need to do for clients. Most of my clients are doctors, dentists and Veterinarians but the ones I am focused on right now are dentists.The trouble I have had was to downloan the software onto my laptop and use it for several dentists. I have done one dentist but cannot get the software to load so I can use it for several dentists, doctors and veterinarians. I really need your HELP!!Thansk, Nancy Bahr

Hi from Just Answer. The key to your problem is how you bought your software for 2011. Downloaded TurboTax 2011 will not allow multiple return preps. I checked with Intuit Community, and this is more common this year than ever. Intuit licenses its TurboTax product for one return prep, but they can't control that once they sell a CD. They can with downloads, and started for 2011.Thanks for asking at Just Answer.
I bought a CD package for 2011 1120 and have not been able to get one tax return to work. I also bought a 2011 1040 CD and have done 4 returns so far with that disc. It would be unreasonable in my view to pay $65 per tax return when as a CPA I am doing a lot of returns. My main worry at the moment is that I cannot get the 1120 to work at all! I have used Turbotax for a number of years and have never had a problem before. This is very frustrating!!

When I saw 'download' onto your laptop, I knew Intuit was going to enforce its EULA. I answered because you said you downloaded, and Intuit only allows one return per purchase. I believe they have decided to enforce their agreement, and limit people who purchase online to one return per purchase.I know people buy the CD and prepare multiple returns. They shouldn't.
