I just had a motherboard failure. I am up and working on the accounting part of Quicken 2009. But have a major problem with the Quick Home Inventory progarm. I do not have a current backup, and my current .QHI files give a "Non typical error code 5. Is there a way to get the program working again with only a .QHI file? The interface does not really look the same. Before I was able to just past pictures of each item into the data base list. Now I see no way to do that. I have confirmed the versions of the Quicken Home manager is the same as what I have loaded onto my replacement PC. (8-19-2008)
Already Tried: I have tried several versions of Quicken and several .QHI files saved on different dates. I tried two computers both running Xp. An older back up does work but has no pictures attached. We are talking several hundred items.
