my quicken 2002 home and business not printing from menu items - reports, balances, gategory

YES! I am still waiting for an answer. Additional information. Prints from other programs on computer. I have determined that it's only from Quicken that it's not working. Will not print bank reconcile reports. All things that not printing did print a year ago. I can not find the orginal disk and I don't remember which server or which computer I had at the time I installed the program. I have changed severs and computers several times since the orginal insulation. Program was working correctly a year ago and nothing on the computer has been changed since. First noticed problem 3 or 4 months ago trying to print a monthly bank reconcile report. When sending an item to the printer the printer icon comes on for about ten seconds as if it's going to print and then the icon goes out and nothing has gotten to the printer. Help! Help! It's Tax time and I need to print these reports.

I am dissadisfied and want to cancel
May I ask what is the issue you are having?
close quicken
go to printers and faxes folder
highlight and delete by pushing the delete key on your keyboard the quicken pdf printer
then
from the windows start menu / search command
select search for all files
under advanced options
select search for hidden files and search in system folders
search for wpr.dat
rename any copies that you find to wpr.old ignore the warning that windows gives you.
reboot the computer
start quicken
again go to file / printer setup
select the proper printer.
Please let me know if that works there are a few other things that we can try but those are the easiest solutions that fix the most possible causes.
You might also try reinstalling the program and updates. Sometimes programs get corrupted.
