Customer Question

I deleted a deposit from an already reconciled statment and now my starting amount to reconcile is off. It is in Quickbooks Accounting Pro 2009. How do I put that deposit back in?

 



Already Tried:
I redeposited it using the same information and date but it is not being reconized.

You need to enter the deposit in the same date as it was early recorded and than open the reconcile window and mark it as clear.

Balance will than reconcile.

How do I open the reconcile window to mark it . It is an old reconcilliation.
