My credit union has recently updated their web site. I am trying to follow the credit union instructions for reconnecting Quicken to their site. As I try to download my latest transactions before I have started the conversion process, Quicken no longer recognises my existing checking, or savings accounts. It only gives me the option to create a new account(s). Can you help me figure out how to make the download occur into the exisitng Quicken account?
Already Tried: I have tried multiple download attempts. I have checked and unchecked One Step Update settings per instructions from the credit union. Neither approach was worked. I need some other advice?
