Already Tried: uninstall it try on a other user name take my computers firewall off

Can you find your company file on your computer (not the QB icon)? It will end in the extension .qbw. Once you find this try to open by double clicking on the file. Please let me know what happens. This may open your file.
If this does not open your file, please provide me with details on what happens now.
Do you have your QB software in case we need to reinstall?
LeanneI try everything even reinstall it didn't want to work. It look as if my system or program is corrupt.
What happens when you try to open the company file and not the QB software?

Are you using eXceed software for non-profit organizations? It is a third party software that integrates with Quickbooks. The problem is with the add on software ii is conflicting with Quickbooks. It could be that a recent update in Quickbooks has made it incompatible. You will have to contact eXceed.
