I am trying to download my latest transactions on my credit card to my Quicken program2010 deluxe. The bank site keeps telling me there are no transactions for this period however the transactions areposted on the credit card website which are plainly visible. The bank customer service rep tells me this is a Quicken problem however I disagree and I should contact Intuit. I have further posted the four outstanding transactions by hand and my total is the same as the bank.
Already Tried: I have tried every trick I know To down load however I still get the same errormessage "There are notransactions for the period requested"
2 possibilities here.
A. the transactions were downloaded but have not been added to the register.
Doing a reconcile report from the tools / reconcile account should pull them up
or If they are stuck in hidden mode as quicken sometimes does if the download does not complete properly you can validate the file which should rebuild it properly

B. Quicken will not download transactions that have not "completed" Usually a credit charge will appear on your credit card website immediately. ( and be added to your balance ) However untill the actual paper work clears it is listed as "pending" Quicken will not download pending transactions until they are listed as completed.
