Hi, can you tell a little more about what it is that you need to know?

I purchased Quicken 2011 at that time and understood that the company that installed it registered it.
I began using 2011 on 1/2 and continued to 2/16/11.
From then on I couldn't get into the program but had to go through backup until 3/6.
I have all of my previous years from 2004 to 2010 backed up, but there is too much information to add a new year to the previous years.
If I need to register in order to get into the new system, let me know and I will be glad to do it.
Currently there must be eight different backups of the 2011 material.

Can you explain what happens when you try to go into the program?

Quicken 2011 has a restored from backup files. The request :chose a location to save your restored file." I have chosen several, but I cannot get into any of them. I have no idea where Jan 1, 2011 - feb 16, 2011 is located.

I cannot get into anything in order to find or continue.
