I have a uk mobile number and need to know who it belongs to?

I have searched a number of websites for this and all are for 'cell phone' 10 digit numbers. In the UK mobile phone numbers and 11 digits long. I need to trace a person through the number.

Your answer was not sure if this will work with the UK. My question was specific to the UK.
