Your symptoms of diastolic high blood pressure, chest pains, shortness of breath (which is not new) would warrant an EKG for categorically being sure, that everything is normal and your present conglomerate of symptoms are unrelated to heart. There is no other way of assessing these symptoms. Just on the basis of your symptoms; a concrete diagnosis is not possible.I agree that your symptoms can be due to hiatal hernia and esophageal spasm / esophagitis / esophageal motility disorder. But an objectivity to the diagnosis can only come by an EKG.If EKG comes out to be normal, following treatment may help you;a) Calcium channel blockers (diltiazem, nifedipine) decreases the spasm and improves the movements of the esophagus.b) Relaxation techniques.c) Noncardiac chest pain in the setting of esophageal spasm and esophageal movement disorder (dysmotility) often shows good response to antireflux therapy, even in the absence of typical gastroesophageal reflux symptoms. d) Reassurance and control of anxiety is extremely important.e) Nifedipine would also decrease your blood pressure.Anti reflux therapy is; 1) antacids; Maalox2) acid blocker; Prilosec3) loosing weight, if overweight.4) avoiding alcohol, citrus fruits and juices, chocolate, and tomato based products5) avoiding large meals. Good, I am glad to hear that.Now we do need to tread with care if Ziggy looks bloated, though if she can take treats and keep them down then we'd be less worried about an emergency gut twist. Though with her signs we'd be wary of a bacterial or viral gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, dietary indiscretions, and ingestion of harmful items (hopefully she only chewed the bone and didn't eat it), And any of these can cause the rumbling/increased noise we've had here. With this all in mind, we can try some home supportive care to try to settle her stomach. To start, try treating her with an antacid. Common OTC pet safe options would be: Pepcid (More Info/Dose @http://www.petplace.com/article/drug-library/library/over-the-counter/famotidine-pepcid), Zantac (More Info/Dose @ http://www.petplace.com/article/drug-library/library/over-the-counter/ranitidine-hcl-zantac), or Tagamet (More Info/Dose Here @ http://www.petplace.com/article/drug-library/library/over-the-counter/cimetidine-hcl-tagamet). These can just reduce gut upset and hopefully get her more open to eating properly here. Whichever you choose, we’d give this 20 minutes before food to allow absorption. OTC activated charcoal and probiotics can be added to these to bind any overproduction of gas causing that bloating appearance and support her digestion. As long as improvement is being seen, I usually advise continuing this until the signs are settled, and then weaning her slowly back to her normal diet.Overall, her signs do raise a few concerns but at this stage since she hasn't those urgent signs we can try the above for her. Of course, if she cannot keep that or water down at any point, appears dehydrated already, or doesn’t respond to the above within 12-24 hours; then we'd want to get her vet involved. They can assess her hydration, check for the above, and treat her with injectable anti-nausea medication, gastroprotectants +/- antibiotics to get her back feeling like herself. I have a 3.5hp Mercury engine and want to attach a larger gas tank with a ball pump to the fuel line. I assume all I would have to do is remove the line from the tiny gas tank and with a coupler connect the new line to the end of this line. Is that possible and will it work?

The carburetors float bowl holds enough fuel for about 30 to 45 seconds of run time. If you hooked up a remote tank to it, what you would have to do is pump that ball every 30 to 45 seconds to push fuel to the carb and keep it running because the engine has no fuel pump. The 2/2.5/3.5 engines were designed to be truly portable self contained outboards. The 4/5/6 horsepower engines have a fuel pump and with those you can hook up a remote tank if you wanted to. The only thing you can do here with yours is get a couple of plastic gas cans and then refill the outboards fuel tank as needed.I do want to make sure you are happy with my service before you go. Good morning! Fisher and Paykel dishwashers measure water level differently than any other dishwasher I know of. There is a "hall sensor" mounted below the stator motor which is like an RPS sensor. It measures the magnetic field of the motor so when the motor is generating a high enough magnetic field, the sensor tells the control board that the tub is full of water and stops filling. Now since it's a double dish drawer, this should be easy to determine which part has failed because you can swap parts from the bottom drawer to the top drawer to confirm the issue. The top drawer is overfilling because it doesn't think it's getting enough water which is why it's giving the water tap symbol. Swap the rotor from the top drawer to the bottom drawer and vice versa. If the top drawer starts working then replace the faulty rotor. If the top drawer doesn't work still, replace the hall sensor below the stator motor on the bottom of the drawer. Below is a video on how to remove the rotor for the drawer so you can swap them. Unfortunately there is no video on replacing the hall sensor which is a tiny control board about 1" long mounted to the motor windings below the drawer. I have a Whirlpool Duet washer that was turned on but the water was off. I now have the error messages E01 and F08. I have turned the water on but need to clear the error messages.

Customer: It is very new so probably a 2016 model. Not exactly sure which model but a higher end model.

This F08 E01 error means that the washer didn't fill up with water quick enough and it took more than 6 minutes to fill up with water which can definitely be caused by not having the water on. The good news is that it's simple to reset this issue. The unit is in flood mode and you just need to plug the washer back in and give it 30 minutes to finish it's flood mode sequence. The door will remain locked and the drain pump will continue to run until the sequence is finished--nothing will be harmed just let it keep running. Once it's done the door will unlock and you can use the washer like normal. Just be sure the water is turned onto the washer and the tray is fully closed and you should be good to go.
