My name is ***** ***** I’m a biologist with a special interest in holistic care (I've used it for my own dogs for over 20 years). I'm so sorry to hear your dog's horrible diagnosis and at such a young age. this has to be devastating for you.
No scientific studies have ever shown that cesium chloride pH therapy cures anything in dogs or humans. There are just stories about it doing so. Nothing has been found that actually cures these cancers. A combination of surgery, followed by radiation therapy, can slow them down, leading to a longer lifespan. However, this is a delicate surgery and radiation is not available in the average vet clinic. To pursue this, you would need to see an oncologist. If you want to do that, this link will take you to a directory of board certified veterinary cancer specialists. Click on the Pet Owners section, then on the Find a Vet tab.
I understand that in a situation like this you may be desperate to try anything that could possibly help. If you decide to try the cesium chloride pH treatment, you need to be aware of what side effects to watch for. Heart rhythm abnormalities are most dangerous. Humans have even died from these shortly after beginning the therapy. Others include nausea and vomiting, loss of consciousness due to insufficient blood flow to the brain, hypokalemia ( dangerous reduction in potassium levels), anddiarrhea. If you decide to go ahead, keep an eye out for these and be prepared to contact your vet if necessary.
I know you would like to have heard that this treatment does cure the cancer, but I beleive you deserve honesty. There simply have been no studies to prove or disprove anything about this therapy. what we have are stories : some claiming cures; others claiming nasty side effects. Int he end, you just have to make up your own mind.
