Hi and welcome to Just answer.

The machine is standing in the upright position with clean water in it. No power to the machine. If water is pouring out, again no power to machine, then the pump is cracked. I don't know the model number so I am thinking this has a gravity fed pump. It doesn't use electricity to work the pump. Once you pull the trigger water starts to flow. If the pump has a crack water will flow all the time.

If the pump has no cracked, check all your hoses if connected. If all are intact then it possibly your solenoid valve is stuck on open position so the water pouring out.

Hope this information will be helpful.
