When you say "not accepting my passport," what do you mean exactly?

Hello and thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you today!

Your trusted traveler number should be linked to your passport. There should be no reason to enter any information such as the global pass information on the kiosks.

If you have not linked your passport and your trusted traveler number you can do that on this link here.

If you have not linked your passport and trusted traveler account you must go to a trusted traveler enrollment center to add that information.

This link here can give you some very helpful information on how to use your global pass.
