EK788293169 was sent with the wrong zip code. it is priceless photographs. The address is Lera F Bradford***** 30518 and he addressed it as Lera F Bradford*****30519. I have worked on this since 3:00 pm Saturday and I have yet to get any help. Please help me get this Express mail to me.

My apologies that you did not receive an earlier answer. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

I checked your tracking number and needed to add a "US" to the end of it, to make it valid. It states online, that your package was delivered today and signed for by "F. Bradford," so I'm assuming you received it.

I was going to tell you that if everything else was correct, i.e., name and street address/state, the one-digit mistake in the zipcode should not prevent it from being delivered; however, I do see in the tracking history, that it was marked as 'undeliverable' on Sat. 9/26, but your post office and/or mail carrier recognized your name/address as a valid one and realized the mistake in the zipcode, then, corrected it, so it could be delivered today.

I do hope you received it and feel more relieved, now, since it contained priceless photographs!
