Hello, and welcome!

My name is ***** ***** it will be my pleasure to assist you today.

I realize that you have been waiting since yesterday for an answer and the reason you didn't get one, is that there is a glitch in this category, which the site is attempting to fix. I hope you don't hold this delay against me, because I was just able to get into your question and your patience is greatly appreciated!

I need some additional information from you, to try to answer your question:

Who is the manufacturer of your safe and do you have the model number?

Does the safe also need a key to open, or just the combination?

Is the combination manual (a dial) or electronic?

Thanks for all your information and please allow me a short while to compose and send your detailed answer, after you reply.

Best wishes,

Cher

Hi again, and thanks so much for your very helpful reply.

I'm glad it's Sentry, because it's very easy to retrieve the combination from them. You will need both the serial and model number and I believe the number you included above, is the serial number, so look near that, on the safe (usually near the upper hinge of the door) to find the model number. It's typically shorter.

Go to this webpage below, and fill out the information requested (you will need to print or scan a Notary Form, fill it out and have it notarized to prove safe ownership.) The house now belongs to you, so, the safe, does, too.

They are closed on weekends, but you can still send in your information and they will process it on Monday.

This is the only way to obtain a lost combination, as none are available online for your safety and protection. If you need to speak to Customer Service, you'll see the phone number right on that link I included.

I wish you much good luck and hope you receive your combination without any problem!

Please be so kind as to rate my answer with positive feedback, as that is the only way I receive recognition for my assistance. Thank you very much!
