Hello, and welcome.
The only way to get into your Sentry safe without a combination is to call a local locksmith or safe technician to help you open the safe without rendering it disabled.
However, you can request your combination from Sentry by following all the directions at the following site, including downloading and printing a Notary Form, proving safe ownership:
These are your only choices, besides drilling the safe open and rendering it useless and I know it's frustrating, but please don't 'kill the messenger,' by rating 'negatively.' If you found the answer helpful, a positive rating will be greatly appreciated. If you were looking for another solution, please don't rate at all, but don't rate negatively, as these are your only possibilities of getting into the safe and the situation is out of your control and out of my control. Thank you for your understanding!
I wish you much good luck with your safe!
