I haven't used my Keurig in months. Today I tried to use it and it won't make coffee. It will turn on and show the different size cups but that's it. The menu button doesn't work. It then turns itself off. Please help.

May I know what is the model of your Keurig? Is it under warranty?

For initial answer, try to unplug your machine at least 2 hours then plug in again. In this procedure all electronic parts of your machine will reset.

It's not under warranty. Model B70. I have unplugged it with no luck. I hit the menu button and nothing happens. Then it shuts itself off.

Based on your description and based on my experience. That problem is cause of faulty circuit board that need to replace. I just found the replacement board on ebay for only $10. CLICK HERE to view the direct link.

For disassemble guide follow the instruction HERE.

Please note: To replace the board make it sure you connect the correct wire and connectors. Just remove and install it one by one.
