Customer Question

I have a gaggia titanium. The brew unit was stuck. I followed video instructions to fix it. However it won't go back in the machine--I believe mainly because within the machine the teeth that connect with the wheel in the brew unit are not properly aligned. What can I do?

Hi and welcome to Just answer.

Initially, when your brew group was force to remove (not normal procedure) your brew group mechanism still in close position so you are not able to go back in.

You need to set your brew group to neutral position and the brew unit mechanism should move to open position for you to go back your brew unit in.

You need to block the brew unit sensor and close the door, your machine thinks that there is a brew group attached, power ON your machine and wait until the machine completely booted up and until the mechanism move to open.
