Hi and welcome to Just answer.

Initially, it sounds like you have power supply board problem (PSU). This is a electronic parts that gives voltage to all I/O (input/output) parts like motor, pump lights solenoids etc. That is a hard working parts specially on coffee machines that prone to failure.

Since this problem started since you shifted house, it possibly that your machine is not properly and completely drained while you move it. The excess water possibly go to the electronic parts of a machine while moving.

Replacing of power board is difficult, you have to remove the cover to access it.

Possibly DIY fix: Reseated your power cord to machine and to outlet, try to plug in your machine to other working outlet. If still, try to leave your machine unplug for at least 24 hours just to make sure all electronic components are completely reset and completely dry in case there is water on board.

However, if those things above did not fix your problem. You have to send your machine to repair shop.

Hope this information will be helpful.
