This error is appear as soon as you power on your machine?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

i load a design and when i push start to stitch the design it comes up then. pushing close does not make it reset.

Expert:  Chester replied 2 months ago.

Did you try to restart your machine?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

several times

Thanks for your response.

I will be honest with you, your machine now have complicated problem and that is not for user/DIY fix. There are 3 possible causes its either index sensor, index motor or main PCB and its wiring/connectors. Sensor and motor I mentioned is part of needle case/needle bar mechanism.

Either of this case/problem s not for DIY so you need to call your dealer and send your machine for repair. I am sorry to be a bearer of the bad news.

thank you. i was afraid of this!

Expert:  Chester replied 2 months ago.

I am sorry.

Are we good?

Expert:  Chester replied 2 months ago.

Don't be afraid that is not a main board problem. Very rare on this kind of problem that has main cpu base n my experience its either loose wires and connectors, sensor is most likely.
