Hi and welcome to Just answer.
Initially, may I know if you have thread tangled on the bobbin area? Did your hand wheel moves freely and the needle move up and down?
The thread isn't tangled. The wheel moves freely and needle moves up and down
It won't even wind the bobbin. Get same message
Are you still there?
Yes I am still here. May I know how old your machine?
I just pulled it out of the box
Ok this is what you need to do. That Lo error means "Low voltage" usually it cause jammed or thread tangled. However, if the machine has no tangled threads or anything. Try to unplug your machine and let it rest for at least 20 minutes and try to plug your machine in a different outlet with solo (1) load on the outlet.
If still you have factory defect control board or motor. In this case you have to call your dealer.
Hope this information will be helpful.
