I have just finished the decalcifying/descaling process

Hi I have just finished the decalcifying/descaling process and the message is stuck on Empty Drip tray, which I have done, and I have removed the drip tray and replaced several times. I have also tried turning the machine off and back on again and the message is still stuck on Empty drip tray. Jill

Can you please tell me how long it will take to get an answer.

I have now also cleaned and dried the contacts on the back of the drip tray.
