I have a question about redundancy payouts and leave
Hi I have a question about redundancy payouts and leave payouts. Do I pay tax on it again if my employer made my PayG summary amount inclusive of my redundancy payments and leave payouts? How do I seperate this on my return if there is no way of stipulating this?
This has also affected my family assistance payments for 2014-2015 and now I have to pay in as my redundancy payout was not expected.
Can you let me know if I should get another PayG summary from my previous employer that has more specific details?
